Hello there! My name is Angel Wilford. I'm a big fan of life and laughing with fellow humans, along with romping around in the outdoors. I like traveling, cooking/sharing vegetarian food, wwoofing, and meeting new people from all over. This past year and a half I traveled, volunteered, and worked in New Zealand, Australia, SE Asia, and South Korea before making my way back home in Iowa this month. (eek!!) I'm easy going and can have a good time doing practically anything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Instead of falling into the touristy hostel life, I'd rather hang out with humans where they feel most comfy - their home! I want to walk through it with them and ask about the stories behind weird stains and cool lamps and pet their animals. I think surfing is a great way to get to know another city/culture through the tricks and tips of a fun host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time with my looove partner, we biked from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Saigon, Vietnam with a kitten named Lela. It was somehow much easier than it sounds.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Mean dishwasher, giggles, and a vegetarian meal if you're keen! Or ten meals! I am truly forever grateful for people opening up their homes to a little traveler like me, so please let me repay you with good karma :)
