I am an outgoing, friendly, adventurous hard-working lady. I enjoy meeting people, travel, gardening and my family. I enjoy Opera, and Theatre. I live on a sheep farm with my husband, which is surrounded by vineyards. (45 minutes north of Christchurh.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend has had some wonderful experiences both in hosting and being hosted through CouchSurfing, so I am keen to enjoy the fun and experiences too. We are travelling together again so we hope to meet many more like-minded people in 2016. Thankfully our husbands are Okay about leaving them to 'keep the home-fires burning'. I look forward to showing my visitors around the beautiful area where I live - on a sheep farm, surrounded by the Waipara Valley vineyards.

My main passion is gardening on my large farm - My family and friends are really important to me. I love the Opera, Theatre and home decorating and crafts and of course Travel and meeting people from different cultures.
