Overview
About Me
I am an adventure seeker who loves the outdoors in any form such as hiking, camping, stargazing, rock climbing (a complete amateur who has gone outdoor rock climbing only once in my life but still loved it), and swimming. I also love meeting new people and listening to their stories about traveling, hobbies, passions, occupations, and just life in general. I love trying new food, especially weird ones that are uncommon such as balut (if that's how you spell it) and durian. I am also a flexible traveler in that I do not mind traveling with others or by myself and do not need much maintenance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to be able to stay with locals, who I believe know their cities or counties or countries best. I love meeting locals and knowing the city and community through them. I dislike going on organized tours because they show only the touristy areas and I feel that they do the cities no justice. In my opinion, the locals know where the small, unique stores, markets, eateries, bars, clubs, hiking spots, etc. are. I think that through Couchsurfing one would be able to have the almost to full experience of what life is like, which is what I would like to learn. I want to know what the culture is like, and who knows better than the locals?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I made an origami crane out of tissue paper and gave it to a baby that was crying and she stopped crying, then smiled. I thought that was pretty amazing haha.
