I have "maybe accepting guests" because it depends on my roommate. I've had a couchsurfing account before, but the email on my old account is long deactivated and I couldn't receive my account info, so I had to create a new one.
Now that that is out of the way... - I love traveling; to me, it is the best part of life, besides family, friends, good food and drink (and reading :). I've always considered myself to be outside of the norm in that I am not defined by what I have, but who I am; I am not a "stuff" or materialistic person - I can fit everything I own into a suitcase. Call me old fashioned, but I believe in these basic principles: 1. Treat people how you want to be treated 2. Be honest 3. Your word is your word; if you say you're going to do something, do it. 4. Live your life with love, compassion, forgiveness, peace, understanding, charity, trust and an open heart and mind. 5. Take care of mother Earth and all her inhabitants. 6. Take care of each other 7. Be yourself and be proud of who you really are 8. Let go of fear
