My name is Angela, and I was born in the south of Austria. I have been traveling a lot, and now my son is living in Mexico and my older daughter is living in Santa Monica. Therefore I’m traveling more than before . My youngest daughter is living in Vienna, but she travels a lot.
When I was 18 years old, I moved to Vienna , where I studied social anthropology. For my new professor I moved to Switzerland. It was a very special experience although we speak the same language (German). After two years in Zürich I had a scholarship in México city to do my field investigation.
Now I am living since 9 years in Vienna and I like it very much. It is a very international city. Many nations are living now in this town where nearby 2 million people are living.

We al like art and music.

I speak German, Spanish and English.

My youngest daughter Daphne is now traveling after her graduation, and she had so great experiences with couch surfing.
Therefore I would like to do the same. I am a very open minded person, and in my apartment we had a lot of people sleeping (in Mexico there is this culture, that you make space, when somebody needs a place to sleep).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like humans. And I like to meet people from other countries.

When you are traveling, it’s the best thing to discover a new country.
