About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Get out to Kelowna, BC by September 2016 in order to study being a RV Technician.
ABOUT ME
In April I quit all my (3) jobs and sold (mostly) all my possessions. I am currently working at a campground in Nova Scotia and living in my 1976 Boler camper, which I am proud to say I renovated myself. In trying to figure out my next move in life I came across a program to become a Recreational Vehicle Technician and this appeals to me greatly. Seeing that it's July and the program starts in Sepetember I am using every venue possible to try and find a place to stay for 7 months. I am not looking to stay in someone's house but if you have a backyard where I could park my little 13ft camper that would be ideal.
I am spontaneous, adventurous, curious, thoughtful, compassionate (to a fault), organized, creative, sarcastic, and a clean and considerate house-guest. Lover of music, the arts and good food. I get excited about new things and new people.
PHILOSOPHY
Do it now!! Don't wait until you're retired....you may not make it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I don't have the facilities to host yet but when I do I will.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
so far I have only used couchsurfing once, in New Orleans, but had the most amazing experience. I was welcomed with open arms and shown new experiences, which I am always up for.
Interests
I love the old and kitchy and exploring abandoned spaces. I love to find the unknown or unexplored. I am a photographer/mixed-media artist and travel is the best food for my creativity. I currently spend a lot of time working on my art and scheming for new ways to live a life of extended travel. I love to be outdoors, hiking and swimming (not so big on overcrowded beaches) but when I'm in a city I'm an avid second hand 'browser' ( I don't often buy because my lifestyle doesn't permit owning a bunch of things)

2. Walking the bridge from Norway to Sweden
3. Seeing my first Roman ruin in France
4. Hiking in The Grand Canyon in Arizona. Actually all the desert landscape there was impressive.
4. Running through sand dunes with my dog.
5. Pretty much every day on the road is amazing!
