ABOUT ME

I love to make things--I am happiest when my hands are busy. I work as an illustrator, and moonlight as an artist in my lovely little studio, and when I'm not doing those things I'm usually baking goodies or riding my bicycle. I love being out in nature, which is where I find much of my inspiration for my work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many couches. Also, many people have slept on my various couches. And in my pillow fort, my car, my tent, my backyard.

Interests

Rusted metal, strawberry-rhubarb pie, coastal tides, playing rummy, dress-up canoe adventures, sun-rain, Ghost tours, pine trees against a blue sky, a cup of good coffee in the a.m. on a rainy day, cheese toasties cooked on a fire in the woods, journaling, a delft blue paired with a paper bag brown, a real down to earth conversation, tofu cheesecake, handmade pottery, crafts crafts and more crafts.
