ABOUT ME

I'm a physician assistant and have lived in New Mexico for (gasp) 23 years. I have a fabulous daughter who stays with me part time and a very spoiled dog who stays with me full time.

I'm just starting with couchsurfing. A classmate of mine turned me on to it this year and has been having a great time.

how to cook an acorn squash:

wash your squash
slice in half, place both halves cut side down in a baking dish with a quarter inch of water at the bottom, bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
turn the squash over, put some butter, salt, turbinado sugar and a dash of cinnamon and bake another 30 minutes
