Overview
About Me
All in all I'm a lovely ;-) and honest girl, addicted to coffee, interested in various topics, trying to be the change I want to see in the world. I love to be outdoors, I respect my environment and don't want to be a burden for the world or my next host ;) I'm crazy for vegetarian and vegan food, good books and one day in my life I will learn knitting!
PHILOSOPHY
You can't open a book without learning anything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's great to meet new people in my city, or to get in touch with some "locals" while I'm travelling. But I guess every couchsurfer likes this - surprise surprise.
So I'm looking for some fun, nice people, good food, good wine, coffee or beer, interesting discussions and adventures beside "standard"-"AAA"-tourist attractions while travelling. I prefer a nice bar, deep discussions and some good laughters instead of clubbing.
Interests
Reading, Cooking, Hiking, Traveling, Classical theater and Opera, Music, Diving, Social Commitment
Music, Movies, and Books
Some authors I really adore: Juli Zeh, Umberto Eco, Kafka, Carlos Ruiz Zafón
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking for 5 weeks on the "Camino di Santiago" was a very hard but strengthening time. I met wonderful people, saw a great landscape and had a lot of time to think about my own place in this world. ;)
And I lived for nearly 6 months in Tanzania. It was a challenging but a wonderful and enriching experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you around and teach you to cook an amazing german dish. Ever tried handmade "Kässpätzle" or "Dinnete"? I can do that even vegan!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good discussions, some laughter and the last stories I experienced.
