ABOUT ME
If you have reviewed my profile before you will realize, I am constantly moving! I just left Nebraska, USA about 2 months ago. Now in my SECOND apartment in Seattle. This one has a small couch so my dream of finally returning the favor has come true.
I now have a small couch available for TRAVELERS!
Okay so now all about me:
Hey my name is Angeleigh (Angel-LEE). I am very tall. Blonde hair blue eyes. I am random and unique. Some weekends I will be out socializing. Other weekends I will be reading alone at a random book store. Other weekends I will doing research on desktop parts (I'm in the process of building a computer).
I am very capricious, People usually come to me for advice, yet sometimes I can be a little ditzy. Ive experienced a lot and would love to hear about your experiences as well. Come to Seattle (where I am currently yet not permanently residing) and let us converse about our worldly travels.
PHILOSOPHY
"Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens." Carl Jung
"Insanity is the only sane choice in a insane society"
"Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there." --Will Rogers
There are no mistakes. The events we bring upon ourselves, no matter how unpleasant, are necessary in order to learn what we need to learn; whatever steps we take, they're necessary to reach the places we've chosen to go.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It started off as a dream I've had since I was a little las. I tried to follow the Amerian Cycle and attend college. I realized I am to young, and have time to deviate from the "Plan". So yes I dropped out and took a gap year.
I went to South Africa for three months and volunteered at a Primary school teaching Art. I also did a Surf outreach program. I stayed with a host family, and in hostels. I met loads of travelers, one I actually followed to Amsterdam and resided on her couch before heading home.
It was one of the best experiences of my life. Now I am at my second attempt to attend college. Nest summer I plan of backpacking across Europe, if only I can make it through this school year.
Interests
Indoors- Computers & anything that takes electricity to function. Reading, I absolutely love reading, for me its basically like watching TV in my head. I love to party, as Ive matured Ive realized I prefer small gatherings of similar minded friends enjoying each other, over raging frat parties. None-the-less any party will suffice over no party at all. Also love art and drawing
Outdoors- Anything to do with water. Surfing, boating ect. I would be down for random weekend hikes. I also walk around downtown and explore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I started a Art program at Kannemeyer Primary School in Grassy Park. Ive never been taught how to teach but I was a teacher and gave kids that have never had art before an art expierence. Now its a official program and other volunteers have came around the world and took over after my time was done.
