ABOUT ME

I have travelled to around 44 countries and I love to meet people from all over the world. Actually I just like people no matter where they happen to be from. I am open and friendly and looking to explore as much of this world as possible. I am a qualified lawyer, but took a year off of work in 2009/2010 to do yoga and meditation in India and Thailand and I qualified as a yoga teacher in April 2010. In May 2010 I moved to the Cayman Islands.

I love to meet new people and share the connection that we all have.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met two people from here when I was in their city. One is living in Cayman Islands and the other in Bahamas. I am still friends with both of them. I have yet to actually stay at anyone's place yet, but may do so soon:)

I have now met some more people from CS - some gorgeous people in Mexico City, a lovely couple in Ft Lauderdale and a great man in Naples.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Far too many to choose just one! Life is beautiful.

But, there was this one time in the Maldives where my mom and I had taken a sea plan to the middle of the Indian ocean. While we were waiting for the boat to arrive to take us on an island-hopping and snorkelling adventure, we were on this small little wooden floating dock with no land in sight. It made me feel so small and vulnerable in the face of the infinite ocean. It was a high point for me - a forced meditation in the middle of the most gorgeous sea.
