ABOUT ME

Hello everyone from all over this great planet of ours. Enjoy this very moment, because that's all there really is... About me? O.K. Well there is big difference between the outer me and the inner me. But they are finally beginning to blend and work together after all these years. People say that I have a good sense of humor, understanding, respectful and sensitive. I love to have fun and joke around. I like to play music with people (guitar, piano), hiking, frisbee, tennis, golf. Can cook AND do the dishes. Vegetarian... very health conscious. Athletic - sports/dance. Discuss spirituality, not much politics. Very handy with a hammer and most any tool. Will love to fix anything in your home.
I live with my wife Linda, sons Nick and Joe. Linda is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. She's an incredible Baker - breads, pastries, etc. and great cook. You won't get away without be bombarded with her goodies. She is an interesting person with lots insight. We love to walk and walk anywhere we go. We usually explore cities we travel to by walking.
My two sons are both wonderful budding artists in several medias each. Nick is a great writer and cartoonist with great illustrations and imagination (check out his stuff on Facebook). Joe can do portraits, still life, abstract, whatever he tries he shows promise. They both write, direct, film, edit and act in their own film productions(check them out on YouTube). They have a great sense of humor, friendly and are good conversationalists.

PHILOSOPHY

To be, at every moment, an asset rather than a liability to the Universal Collective Consciousness. Started meditating as a teenager, initiated into T.M., studied under Teacher Sri Chinmoy for years. This has brought me almost full circle in the development of being... of course the circle never ends...

Too many to list. Don't know where to start. Tons of earthly things like art, music, theater, organics, nutrition, renovating old buildings... and beyond this reality, higher realms of consciousness including Spirituality, Metaphysics and Quantum Mechanics.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tons of movies. From big Hollywood to Foreign indies. most genres. Music- Grew up on the Beatles, Grateful Dead, but enjoy jazz, classical, contemporary pop, spiritual/ new age... Books- mostly books that I can learn from like Deepak Chopra, Bagavad Gita, Echart Tolle.. not big on novels, not alot of time for easy reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ran 4000 miles around the entire United States, through every State and State Capitol. Converted and old church building into a successful bakery/restaurant. Raised two very incredibly wonderful children. Transformed an East Coast urban zombie (the old me) into a very loving, selfless being (always a work in progress).

Teach, Learn, Share

Got lots of skills from building to cooking to nutrition to arts to travels to deeper consciousness. Am a good teacher, very personal and friendly.
