About Me

I am around 70% of water, 342 trillions cells (that may need to be updated), thoughtful body and limitless mind. I believe my life is great importance but it is also meaningless. I believe that more of us come out when we improvise. I am passionate about this universe we live in and us- people, human body and mind. I also enjoy simple stuff, singing when no one is listening and eating every time :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people, to get to know places, culture, the world and myself. To learn and grow, to be the best I can be :)

OCTOBER 2019 UPDATE: At the moment I do not have my own place to host people. I moved out of Kraków and I am constantly changing places: home (Lublin), Warsaw and some other small travelling plans. I hope to move to my own place in Warsaw soon. I am currently going though a process of changes of place where I live, what I do and proccess of rethinking where I am directing my energy and how I can share it what best in me with the world.

Interests

I am simple human being, with big dreams and not enough faith.
I am a mover, aspiring maker and artist, yoga practitioner.
I love to move, run and off course I love to travel. I love delocius vegan food.
Often I like to disappear in the lines of good book or sounds of a good music. I love longs walk alone, getting lost in unknown places.
I am a thinker and I question, and those questions keep me going.
My curiosity is also a source of a little bit of courage, and that is when amazing things are happening.
I am addicted to adventure and trying new things.
I am testing who I am and trying to figure out what does it mean to be and be me in this world.
I am particularly curious about unknowing state of mind and getting out of my comfort zone.
I am trying to discover what is my destiny and figure out what does it mean to be a part of society in this terrifying 21st century.
I fall in love in people's passion and how they eyes light up when they do what they love.
I could go on and on, coz world is simply fascinating, but I feel like now I should stop. Feel free to message :)

Music, Movies, and Books

(Instead some quotes from the movies/books/songs)

'I think maybe part of what got him into trouble was that he did too much thinking. Sometimes he tried too hard to make sense of the world, to figure out why people were bad to each other so often' - Into the wild by John Krakauer
It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to, has power over you.
'Change involves carrying out an activity agains the habit of life'- M. Alexander
'What is Jazz? -If you still have to ask, shame on you' L. Armstrong 1964
'When pride comes, then come disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom' Proverbs 11:2
'Some people are old at 18 and some are young at 90... time is a concept that humans created'- Yoko Ono
'Being nice to someone you dislike doesn't mean you fake. It means you are mature enough to tolerant yours dislike towards them'
The reason death sticks so closely to life isn’t biological necessity—it’s envy. Life is so beautiful that death has fallen in love with it, a jealous, possessive love that grabs at what it can.-Y. Martel
“-Because it is there” when an irritating newspaperman demanded to know why he wanted to climb Everest.
-Absorbed by my surroundings and the gravity of the labor, I lost myself in the unfettered pleasures of ascent, and for an hour or two actually forgot to be afraid.'- Into the Air
What I told you is what your grandparents tried to tell me: that this is your country, that this is your world, that this is your body, and you must find some way to live within the all of it.- Between the World and Me by T.Coates
Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. - Fight Club

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a daughter of my parents.
I am a friend of some amazing people.
If you can categorise those as things I have done :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I believe I can give you happiness even when I do not 'have it', or at least I can try. I can share what I've learnt so far and my questioning mind (which in total, is probably very little), long conversation about life, art and culture, movement, food, currrent state of the world and other, bad sense of humor :P, some shyness, but at the same time openess, good heart, and my two hands in helping with whatever I can and the kindness my parents thought me. In Poland we say 'Guest at home- God at home'.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

England, Poland, United States
