ABOUT ME
I love the life and the energy that floats around every living being. I am rather energetic person that enjoy creating and sharing. I changed my hobby, which was working as a fitness trainer, into a way of my life. And so developing and learning new training methods I decided to open my own training studio. That changed my life a lot. Today, together with my husband, Greg, we run the MOVE Studio. This gives us a lot of work but also a lot of satisfaction. My studio is a kind of my child that grows and develops. It makes me busy but also gives possibilities to travel and meet fitness trainers around the world. My favorite training method is Pilates - I really recommend it to everybody despite gender, age or nationality!
Me and my husband are free spirits who love traveling so each year we are traveling that various parts of Europe, and perhaps soon the world, enjoying the beauty of what surrounds us.
I love to dance, sing ( I am not good at it:), running. I love the sun and Pilates!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My experience with strangers staying for night in our apartment or my staying overnight at the strangers home are not associated with the couchsurfing community.
While traveling through Italy, we could not find accommodation in the middle of the night. We were invited by a pair of strangers to stay at their flat. They welcomed us like their own family and they saved us of walking all night around the Pisa. Thank you by the way !
On our couch slept so far mostly friends, friends of friends and friends of friends of friends. It will change soon I think :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My dream was to persuade men to practice Pilates! It was not easy. In Poland, Pilates is considered as a light workout for women. I made it! I have my male clients!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can give you a lesson of classic or modern pilates. I can show you how to workout and not to harm yourself. I can give you an advice about interior design, or healthy food. I can prepare some healthy food and give you some tips about eating.
