My name is Anne and I'm currently traveling Indonesia for three months. I'm going to Singapore for my "visa run" but I also really look forward to exploring this beautiful city.

My passion is yoga, travelling and living a vegetarian life style. I have an education in linguistics, experience within online marketing and in my future I want to work with climate change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me traveling is not (only) about sightseeing. I consider getting to know cultures and awesome people as an essential part of my trips. I see couch surfing as a great tool to get in touch and learn more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On my very first solo backpacking trip I was supposed to stay in Australia for 2 months. I loved it so much, I stayed for a year instead.

It made my dad worry quite a bit so when he picked me up at the airport after 1 year, I had put a pillow under my shirt to make him think I was pregnant. You should have seen his face, haha! Poor guy, but we still laugh about it today :)
