ABOUT ME

Hi everyone. My name is Angga Hermawan and you can call me Angga for short. I was born and raised in Indonesia before I move to Sendai where I am currently staying. I am a graduate student at Tohoku University, taking Environmental Studies major. However, my current project is about the synthesis of inorganic materials for environmental-related application.
I have been traveling to many countries, 15 specifically and still counting. The first country that I visited was Germany, but Singapore is kind like the second home because I stayed there for more than 4 months. I do love travel because it gives me a chance to explore new places, meet new friends then befriended, and teaches me how to respect other cultures

I started doing Couchsurfing before I travel to Europe in 2013.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted by Indonesian students in Wien and Prague during my solo trip in Europe, though I have never experience to host a couch surfer. But If you send me a request, I would probably accept you.

Travel across ASEAN countries in only 10 days and cost me only about 500 USD. That was an amazing, fantastic, memorable experience. I took 20 hours bus from Hanoi to Vientiane and took 15 hours train from Vientiane to Ayuthaya
