About Me
Hiya, Angie and Kane here!
We are both vegan. This is the most important thing in our lives, we are both advocates for animal rights. We ask that our views are respected but that doesn't mean we will be rude to anyone who's not vegan.
We really love to cook for people and show everyone how delicious vegan food can be.
We are used to travelling and work as a little team, we have enjoyed meeting hundreds of people from all walks of life, staying in many weird and wonderful places and enjoying lifes simple pleasures (food, nature, music).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It is an great experience to meet like minded who are kind enough to share their home. You can make some good friends and enjoy many different conversations, and most importantly just have a laugh!
It makes a difference to a trip when you get to stay with the locals and learn about the area.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering at Animal Aid in India (an animal sanctuary) was one of the most special things we have done. Giving cows and disabled dogs physiotherapy, feeding calves, cuddling sheep and seeing animals in such a caring environment was truly heartwarming.
Also swimming in geothermal pools in Iceland was quite magical too.
Ayahuasca in Bolivia was interesting as well. And I do enjoy the odd magic mushroom...
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach the Spanish that I have learnt, how to hula hoop, how to draw mandalas and how to cook lots of different vegan snacks and dishes.
Perhaps we won't get around to any of the above, but I will try to make you laugh at least.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I also know a couple of addictive card games.
We will help out in any way we can.
