I am good natured with a sense of humor, but I also take life seriously, such as how I spend my time and how I relate to others. I am a voracious reader and I like to stay busy with various endeavors like learning a new language, kickboxing, training for a marathon, gardening, arts and crafts, etc. I also am studying to become a health coach with an online certification program, but will be attending Saybrook University in the Fall for a Master's in Mind-Body Medicine.

My end goal in life is to foster a lifestyle that can maintain/increase my well-being, which for me means exercising my body and mind, traveling, creating art, and making last friendships.

It is a great way to meet like-minded people (those who want to meet complete strangers and have a connection), and to create friendships all over the world.

I like to engage my mind with really almost anything eduactional and I like to stay physically active as well. I enjoy most physical activities, even when it is just work you are trying to complete. I haven't played rugby since college, but I would love to join a team once I get the chance.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy most music, and like to learn about others' taste. I will watch almost any movie once, but I don't necessarily like just any movie. To specify the type of movie I will enjoy most are the ones that are artfully and tastefully made. I prefer non-fiction to fiction books, but I still hold the Harry Potter series dear to my heart.
