I am from Tampa, Florida and I am enjoying OZ! I have been a primary teacher for the past 8 years. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing new experiences. I am looking forward creating some friendships in the Melbourne area and seeing as much of this amazing country as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am all about participating in the meetings, trips, and events. I am also having a blast meeting as many fellow couchsurfers as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, since I have moved to Melbourne I have had the opportunity to really enjoy all the things that Melbourne has to offer. I participate in couchsurfing activities on a weekly basis. I also plan on meeting many other couchsurfers from different countries in my future travels.

Interests

I am a very social person and I enjoy seeing and doing new things. Traveling is my passion! I am always planning a trip somewhere! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music. My Ipod has a mix of hip hop, R&B, Top 40, 80's, 90's, Elvis Presley, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley, and yes even some Frank Sinatra!

A couple of must reads are "The Secret" and "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff, and It's All Small Stuff". These books stress the importance of being thankful for all of your many blessings and viewing life in a positive light.

My favorite movies are ones that can make me both laugh and cry! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Whale watching in Boston, the coastline of Croatia, the Florida Keys Sunsets....these are the most beautiful things I have ever seen! New Zealand, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia, Greece, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto-Rico, Bahamas, Grand Cayman Islands...these are a few of the places that I have traveled!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to discover new places to visit and share with others my traveling experiences. I believe that you should live every moment like its your last and having a wide variety of experiences is vital. My sense of adventure and positive attitude has allowed me to gain appreciation for the little things and strive for even bigger things.
