We are a friendly family of three: me, my husband Vadim and our black cat named Isis. I'm 29 y.o. and Vadim is 38. My first degree in in linguistics so I'm fond of languages and talking to other people, learning new about another culture. But my true passion for now is cooking and food. So if you stay with us a good breakfast is guaranteed to you))) Vadim's interests now are connected with modern technologies and eco-friendly using of resources, He'll be glad to talk about wind mills, solar panels and other technical stuff that I'm not very common to))) Last year we tried our first hiking trip in Carpathian mountains. First I thought that I'm gonna die but it seems to me that next summer I'll do it again so we welcome travellers. You can park your heavy bags in our hall or a couple of days)))

Our schedule is changing depending on many circumstances and we try to travel often so I'm not sure whether we can host somebody longer than a couple of days, so please consider this. We are non-smokers but there is a smoking area on the external balcony. We like our apartment to be neat and it's a good idea to discuss the plan with us beforehand. And we are definitely not night life people so we won't be ready those travellers who wants to party hard)

All other is negotiable and if we like each other and our schedules, habits and life interests meet, our couch will be at your service)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

First we've heard about the idea of couchsurfing from our friend from Australia. We got acquainted on the street and for many years keep in touch. I think that world is a friendly and abundant place and I like the idea to make friends everywhere I go and help another people to learn my city, to breathe its atmosphere and to bring a part of Odessa home in their hearts. I believe that staying in a hotel will never make you feel like that)

Lots of different pop music from Enigma to Sting , classical music like Chopin and Mozart.

Movies... Lots of TV series including The game of thrones, Suits, Outlander and many other. And as for movies: Noah, Men in black, Harry Potter and Interstellar.

Books: lots of them. Vadim likes mostly business guru bestsellers like Bodo Sheffer and Robert Kiosaki and I prefer fiction such as "Fried green tomatoes at the whistle stop cafe" and many other.
