First of all, let me introduce myself !

My name is Angie, well it's not quite right since my french name is Angelique but i got tired of being called Angela so i picked my poison. Nothing was really working in France and one day, out of budget i visited Edinburgh, fell in love with the city and told my parents that if i could find a job and a flat in one week i would go for it no matter what. I didn't expect it to happen (You know, that kind of things. Anyway, it's been one year now and i always knew that one day the wind would blow again. Seems like this is it.

A few things seem to point towards Dublin for quite a while now and i will use the excuse of the Bowie festival (which i reeaaaaally want to attend to) to come with my cv and enthusiasm and use the moments without anything Bowie related to walk around and see if i can get a job and a flat on the way. It worked once, maybe it will work again !

That is for the trivia part of it. Besides that i like to think that i'm more interesting than pretty, which is already something. I've learned through that leap of faith to see things on the bright side. I mean, life is hard and it could be way harder but there is always a way out of misery, and very often that way is unexpected.

I know what i like but i love to hear why people like what i don't like.
And yes this sentence makes sense.

I tend to like wigs and dye my hair. I loved having them "Man who fell to earth" kind of color but had to go back to black for work. It's funny how much of you you can come to sacrifice for £7.83 an hour. But some sacrifices are for the best. I like funny earrings and quite often they don't match. Don't be surprised, don't ask, everything is fine, it's "planned".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There is so much to share with people from different cultures !
For now i've not really couchsurfed but i travelled a little bit and met so many cool people ! Life is made great by the people you meet. And there are some people you couldn't meet without the internet. I could spend my days watching cat videos on youtube but meeting new people (with or witout cats) is way better !

My next step might either be Dublin or Berlin, somewhere ending with "lin" obviously.
