ABOUT ME

I am determined to see more of the world than I've seen so far. Fortunately, work offers me plenty of opportunities visit new countries... now it's up to me the make the most of the time I spend in each place. Which is where couchsurfing comes in!

PHILOSOPHY

I've always refused to waste time and energy doing anything I don't have a passion for. Life is actually very short and you only get one go at it, so make sure you make the most of it.

I have a lot more thoughts on the philosophy of the human race and modern society, but that is a much longer conversation!!

If anyone is ever in London, I would be happy to meet up for a drink and offer myself as a guide to London, even if I can't offer a couch to sleep on - but ask me, I might be able to sometimes!

Well, travelling obviously. It's an obvious choice, but nothing makes me happier than exploring the parts of the world that I haven't seen yet. I like random outdoor adventures, I like experiencing new cultures and trying to learn new languages. Sport, live music, movies, eating nice and different food!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read autobiographies of people that I respect. I love to read anything that makes me laugh. I love to read anything that tells me something about history or the world that I didn't already know. I love travel writing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A sunrise over a tropical bay in the Maldives - the true meaning of paradise, and a sunset over the endless rolling desert of Dubai. Why did man ever need create anything when all the most beautiful things on earth are natural?

I love to hear and learn things, particularly about places that I am visiting for the first time, but it can be anywhere - even Britain where I have lived most of my life!
