I have a crazy background and have been to around 44 countries so if you ask, I will tell.

I'm Finnish/American by nationality but a "third culture" kid.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting couchsurfers when possible and doing my best to help them to have a wonderful stay in the beautiful city that I'm lucky enough to live in. In the past I've hosted couchsurfer meetings and attend them from time to time.

So far I've really enjoyed hosting the ppl that have come my way and I wished that they could have stayed around longer.

Interests

Friends mean a lot to me and I enjoy making new ones. Travel has always been a part of my life and continues to be.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- A tarantula nesting area a few meters from our kitchen window when living in Equatorial Guinea. That explained the occasional uncalled for house guests.
- Being at the foot of 3 volcanoes in Panajachel, Guatemala and swimming in the natural hot water springs generated from the volcanoes in the lake.
- Flying to Newark, USA on September 11, 2001
- Bard Music festivals in Northern Russia
