About Me
I am a political science and gender studies student currently living in Cape Town!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting travellers from around the world is great. Learning new languages, about new cultures, and ESPECIALLY about new food is awesome. And being able to invite strangers into your home (or to be invited into strangers' homes) gives hope for humanity!
Interests
Travelling (obviously) is the main way I like to occupy my time.
I also enjoy: (vegetarian) food, cooking, learning languages, partying, and healthy debate :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I drove a 1981 Landcruiser from Victoria, BC to the southern tip of Argentina and back. In doing so lot's of crazy things happened. Like getting lost for 5 days in the Bolivian desert, or getting kicked out of Belize for rabbit smuggling.
I've also lived in the middle of a war zone for several years. Lot's of less fun stories there.
