I am going on a holiday to Europe for the first time and I am trying to find a place to stay in Barcelona. I am travelling by myself so I thought it would be fun to try this out. I am currently doing my PhD in Berry pollination. I play rugby in Australia. I am 23. I have 3 brothers and a sister. I love to read and watch sport and learn about new cultures. I currently work in disability care part time. I am keen to meet anyone willing to have me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am going on a trip to Barcelona on my own for 4 days before meeting my friend in Ravigo, Italy. He was supposed to come with me to Barcelona but he was selected to play in the Italian rugby side. I would love to find a place to stay while I'm in Barcelona and meet someone who is interesting and would have some spare time to show me their beautiful city. I'm a keen foodie.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love country music, mainstream music, I love live music. But honestly can't say I don't like most genres.

Some of my favourite films include American Sniper, War Dogs, Knives Out etc. so many I've really enjoyed

I love to read non-fiction. A good book I've read recently is 'Outliers' by Malcolm Gladwell. I don't mind murder mystery fiction either.
