Overview
About Me
I am a student of Environmental Sciences at the University of Melbourne with a major in Weather and Climate Studies. I have a keen interest in photography will never say no to listening to a few tunes. I guess you could call me a greeny but I won't be pushing any radical ideas on you. The reason i love to travel is because it shows me different world perspectives on everything from life's simplest practices to the most complex of issues. I think this global exchange of knowledge is second to none and is so beneficial for every person.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am currently travelling and looking for ways to have affordable, social and interesting experiences in new places. I want to experience a locals perspective on each city I travel to so as to fully immerse myself in the culture of that place. I have travelled (briefly) through South America, then completed a semester abroad in Guadalajara Mexico, travelling also to Brazil and all around Mexico. After I am going to New York for a short stay in transit to Europe. I see Couchsurfing as an ideal way to have cheap, interesting and different experiences in each place you visit.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to any music from house and techno to classics such as Bob Dylan and Neil Young. Whoever it is though I almost always have music playing in some form.
Whilst i love a good movie, I don't have particular favourites as I never find the time to watch movies or TV shows. If i had to choose though, One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest is a top pick, both movie and book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hosted a photography exhibition when I was 18
Teach, Learn, Share
I can definitely share a world of knowledge about photography. Although never having studied it, I have been shooting for the last 7 or 8 years both for personal and professional interest.
Can give a good amount of knowledge about weather and climate around the world, both the positive and negative aspects.
Can share many a story from the last months of travelling.
