One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2017, I took part in the annual cross-country bike trip from Ha Noi to Ca Mau . The Blue Club organizes the trip every year. After gathering, our team of one hundred members set out on an average daily bike trip through thirty provinces and cities in Vietnam.

I learned about the differences between the three areas of Vietnam from my wonderful encounters with the local cuisine, weather, and landscapes. The beach at Phu Yen was what most impressed me; the area was not overly developed for tourists, thus the surroundings were pure and unspoiled, with beauty fit for a painting.

Group members were similar to family members in that they supported and encouraged you at every turn. We arranged beneficial events at the stops to benefit the community and temples.

I had the most amazing experiences at that time, being younger than I am today, all under the motto "Journey to Overcome Yourself."
