Hi! I'm Anh, a 27-year-old originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I moved to Japan for university and have been living here ever since. Currently, I work as a resident in a hospital in Japan.
I'm an active person who enjoys spending time in nature. Meeting new people and learning about different perspectives is something I'm passionate about. I believe that every person I meet has something unique to teach me, and I'm always eager to expand my horizons.
My native language is Vietnamese. I also speak fluent English and Japanese. I am learning Danish now and wish to move to Denmark in the future.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I’m excited to join Couchsurfing to meet new people and experience different cultures firsthand. Growing up as an Asian, my mum was particularly worried about safety and didn't trust me to go anywhere alone. Because of this, I’ve never used Couchsurfing before and have no references. But I have met people through apps like Meet-ups before.
I spent most of the first half of my 20s focused on my studies. Now I’ve done with university, I feel it's the perfect time to start exploring the world independently. I believe that Couchsurfing will help me meet kind and interesting people from different backgrounds, confirming that there are, of course, nice people all around the world.

*Updated: my first trip using Couchsurfing was a huge success! I’m looking forward to many more trips.

I read people' profiles on Couchsurfing and people have done lots of amazing and crazy things and I feel like I don't have that experiences, yet. But I can proudly say I can save life (currently and in the future) hehe

I love coffee and always prefer coffee from Vietnam. I can make you Vietnamese coffee.

I am learning Danish now. I have reached intermediate level but my speaking skill is still rusty so I would love to improve it.
