Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For us, Couchsurfing is all about reaching out to others, sharing all kinds of stories (exciting, embarrassing, funny), wandering around places, getting a taste of local cuisine and traditions, and understanding what being a citizen of a certain country feels like.
In brief, it's our chance to shed a nasty shell of a tourist and experience things as locals:)
