Overview
About Me
Moved from my family home in Mazovia, where I had everything- best food from my own garden, my plot, but lacked events and education opportunities. Instead of career-chasing, I'm developing interests: literature, yoga, teaching Polish, language tandems, board games, movies. Love art vernissages, handmade crafts, customizing surroundings, unusual events (like bird imitation competition). Enjoy parkrun; with no mountains around, I started running stairs (quirky tower running hobby). Genealogy geek (turns out 3% German roots ;)). No rhythm sense, can't play instruments (blame Polish education), but working on it (bachata, salsa, flamenco). Though drawn to other countries (visited few), I can chat law systems worldwide better than average. Adore volunteering, doing things for others. Winters: skating nearby (no skiing skills), ideally at local rink. Poor swimmer, but planning SUP and synchronized swimming. Keen on any racket sport. I like walking everywhere on foot (I've been on the Camino, now I'm planning a trip along the Baltic Sea coast). I bought the Korona Gór Polski booklet—it's empty for now, waiting for the first stamps. I love plants, but I'm not good at watering them. Although lately, my little plants have survived a whole year. I'm more of a minimalist—I have few clothes.
