Future owner of an animal sanctuary and permaculture learning centre. I'm a backpacker with constant need to discover new destinations and routes. I'm Polish but I'm currently a student of MA's Linguistics and Language and International Relations at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Languages are my passion and learning a new one or perfecting the one I'm already speaking is one of the greatest ways to spend my time. Amatour photography is my thing although I only use the most basic digital camera I got when I was 10 (my ig: @hands_up_at_me if you'd like to see more of it).

Although I created the account here few years ago I only now begin my experience with it. Meeting people when on the move is a journey in and of itself, not counting the distance travelled. Whether it is going to be a meeting for tea or some vegan food, sharing the living space, deep talks or experiencing the surroundings from another person's perspective it is always a chance for growth and learning. Plus as a student with limited financial resources I find a community such as this to be a perfect place to enable travelling to people from all walks of life and to share the joy of it!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Year 2017 marked my high school graduation and first true long distance hike on the Kungsleden trail in arctic Lapland in Sweden. I ventured on the month's hike with nothing but my tent, dry food and the company of my sister. Unforgettable experience and definitely a motivation to take my lightweight portable home on many more adventures in the wild.

I'm interested in learning anything new from a new person I encounter. Whether it could be a sport, musical skill, physics knowledge or cooking advice. I myself can teach you to cook some traditional polish dishes (with a vegan twist of course), the basics of any of the languages I know and talk with you about the zero-waste lifestyle.
