Overview
About Me
I study in Germany in a small town called Passau. My major is International cultural and business studies, ehich is a mix between economics, languages and the culture of South East Asia.
Currently, I am staying for one semester in Tokyo and study here East Asian Studies. I found myself in Japan more or less randomly, but since I am here I started loving the country and its people.
I think I am an open-minded person. Even if it does not work always, I try to accept all people as they are and to respect them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me the concept of Couchsurfing seems to be great. It brings people together, which makes travelling much more interesting! Traveling does not only mean to see and get to know new and beautiful places, it also means to get to know people and make new friends. I like the idea behind couchsurfing, the idea of helping each other. If I am travelling I can get help from other people and if I am at home therefore I can help other people while hosting them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After I finished school, I was travelling with my sister around Southeast Asia. Back then I was 18 and it was the first time in my life that I had to survive on my own. It was a great opportunity to gain independency and a travel I will always remember. This time inspired me to study Southeast Asian culture.
After this travel I came back to Germany and lived together with soe friends. During this time I starteed giving German lessons, which was a great experience for me!
