│UPDATE 2019│
After 2 yrs of working and traveling, I´m now settled in MADRID, Spain, studying a masters... so ´19... Europe!

│UPDATE 2018│
Having done a 1 year Working Holiday Visa in Australia I'm back to traveling. And after becoming a diving assistant instructor in Indonesia and yoga teacher in India... I'm back on the road.

Australia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, India and Morocco are gone. Few more countries coming!

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling, knowing as many people, countries, cultures, meals as I can!

And starting to create audiovisual content about my trip.

ABOUT ME

-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-÷-

Due to my parents jobs, I traveled around a lot as a child (maybe that's why I like travelling so much!). After living in several small towns, I ended up living in Neuquen (Patagonia) for some years. So HOME would be between Neuquen and Buenos Aires, the place I live in since 2004.

Apart from work and studying life, I'm very fond of going out during the week, attending live concerts, going to the cinema, or things like that.

I can be very talkative some times, or very quiet also. Depends on my mood I guess. But I certainly never lose my sense of humour!

[UPDATE 2013/2014] After working, travelling and living in New Zealand for 15 months, I´m heading to Southeast Asia, willing to visit ALL of these lovely countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipines, Vietnam, laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, China, Japan. And who knows, maybe some more!

[UPDATE 2015]
After 23 months of traveling and 13 countries later, I'm back home. So even being a local I'm still kind of a tourist over here. New place, new neighbourhood, new mindset. Let's see what happens!

PHILOSOPHY

I´m currently living in a very "selfish" but healthy way! Basically doing things that make me happy! And that´s working out wonderfully!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I´ve only hosted a few fellow travelers at home, but I did use it a lot while traveling. It´s been incredibly helpful and educational to use CS around many countries. So why am I here? Not for the money saving because sometimes it´s even more difficult and more expensive to reach some CSers places... it´s much more the getting to know real and local people from where I am traveling. You learn more of a country's feel, history and stuff in one day of CS than 1 month in a hostel.

Interests

I deeeeeeply enjoy art in all of its forms: cinema, photo, music, architecture, people, nature, etc. I can be happy just by watching a landscape by myself, or by walking on a street full of people.
Gastronomy is a great part of my daily life, and when I travel. So I very much enjoy cooking and learning to cook, and I really love to eat food in unkown and/or bizarre places.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is a tough one.. so I´ll just name whatever comes into my mind:
Movies? Kubrick, Tarantino, Hitchcock, Nouvelle vague specially Truffaut, Italian films from the 60´s, Woody Allen. And much more!

Music? Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The beatles... nothing or no one beats those guys! But I do also enjoy good old jazz, classical music, Heavy metal, and heeaaaaaps of stuff.

Books? Right now very much into japanese literature... and nick hornby. Ask me again when you see me and I can tell you more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking over a massive glacier; diving with sea turtles; saving a salami for 1 month, only to eat it while contemplating Machu Pichu!; travelling completely drunk but happy in a reaaaaly fast -or that´s what it seemed at that moment- train in Switzerland; traveling completely sober in a train in Bolivia, and having a much worse experience than the drunk-experience !; and let´s just say ETCETERA.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach music, photography or films things, some cooking, and basically I can "teach" what I would love to "learn" about others: my life and experiences, my culture, myself. New teaching skill: diving!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I´m really fond of cooking so anything including cooking, helping to cook, or learning local dishes is more than welcome!
I´ve lived alone for more than 10 years so I´m pretty used to taking care of cleaning and organizing my own stuff. And believe it or not I enjoy washing dishes!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Cuba, Egypt, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City State, Venezuela, Viet Nam
