Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding a good PhD program for my poor academic soul.
ABOUT ME
My personal description is probably done better with stories than adjectives. If you'd like to share stories, I can tell many, beginning with my life as a sheppard in a village in Belarus to my immigration experience to the U.S., study stories, travel stories, people stories, you name it.
PHILOSOPHY
Only boring people get bored.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I joined couch-surfers because my friend Jess been with this community many times and she always managed to find wonderful people to meet. It was a wonderful experience and I really hope that I can return the favor.
Interests
I'm flexible and open to new experiences. My interests vary, depending on my company. If I am at a Birthday Party, then I am interested in making the other person feel good on their day. I would be making a toast. If we were at a Book Club meeting, my interest would be in uncovering the book's symbology or hidden meanings and images. To me, books are like puzzles to be solved, because they are complete stories and the reader is mean to decipher it. If we are at a choir rehersal, I'm a soprano. If we're at a party, I'm going to dance! If I'm at the YMCA, I'm doing Yoga or Thai Chi or Tabata. You get the idea.
