My name is Anika and I live in the beautiful Gailtal in Carinthia, Austria. I really love traveling but unfortunately as a student I can't always afford a hotel. Mostly I travel alone because I love to meet other girls and boys and new cultures.

I do a lot of mountaineering and alpine climbing. This is what I love to do in my free time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see the world and I think this is the best way to see other cultures and not the standards in hotels which are the same everywhere.

I did a lot of soloing in the mountains and nearly every weekend I'm on a trip in foreign countries.
