About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet a diverse group of people from around the world.

ABOUT ME

I am someone who loves having fun, dancing, cooking with friends, picnics, yoga, beer, going to the beach, being in nature. I consider myself friendly, down to earth and passionate.

PHILOSOPHY

I love challenging myself so that I can grow better as a person. I believe in having personal awareness about your growth as a person and where your life is heading. I love trying new things and whatever I do, I want to do the best I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to host people in my home in Canberra and also use it while travelling overseas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to Couchsurfing. I had signed up many years ago but then completely forgot about it as I haven't had a chance to use it properly yet. I am very excited to take part and meet new people!

Interests

All my life I have loved dancing. A little while ago I decided dancing for me wasn't about looking good, it was about having fun with the movement of the body and not caring what people thought or how you looked.

I love to cook and be creative with cooking meals from many different cuisines. I love to be creative with drawing and painting, when I get the time to do it.

I am also very interested in politics, social justice and environmental issues - I love reading a lot about these through the news or engaging with them actively.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite films are ones made in France, Germany or Sweden generally. I think this is because they are more raw and real, unlike many Bollywood or Hollywood films. Despite this, recently I have loved watching the TV series 'Handmaids Tale' and 'Westworld'.

I love fiction and non-fiction books. Some of my favourites are 'Thousand Splendid Suns' and 'Stasiland'. I also love books by the Australian author 'Tim Winton'.

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
