Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This site was recommended by a friend. Said it was pretty interesting. Primarily, to meet new people and if possible, invite them to my own place.

Interests

Food and cooking. My favourite hobbies. If trying out different cuisines was a job, I would be doing that right now. (Oh, wait ! Maybe I could be a food show host ! Isn't this exactly what they do ?)
Football. Watch. Play. Learn. Play Again. To stay fit, agile and hungry for food.
Gardening. Pleasure. Greenery. Satisfaction. Calmness of mind. And to grow favourite veggies in the backyard.
Psychology. Coz try as you may, you'll never completely understand yourself. You can only inch closer, to how brain and heart work together. It's weird. The heart doesn't think. But, the brain beats to heart's tune at times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I beat lakhs in a competition - basically it was a race from point A to point B. I was the quickest. Didn't record the exact time and distance. But the reward was sweet. I was born !!! :P

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - Nothing. I can't teach. I can talk, listen and suggest. Most of my suggestions would be experimental.
Learn - A lot. Coz I know almost nothing. Languages. Places. Wonders of the world. People.
Share - Food. Experiences. Knowledge. Coz sharing wealth isn't exactly feasible or appropriate.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food and Travel are two of my prime interests. What I can provide the hosts is, 1. Good and interesting company if they wish to join me on my travels, and 2. Medium of exchange for cultures. Especially if its pertaining to food. :D
