Overview
About Me
I’m a grad student at Texas A&M. During the day you will find me in the Mitchell Institute of Physics and Astronomy doing research and teaching undergrad classes. In the evening you will find me either on a volleyball court, or, on bad days, doing research in the same Mitchell building. I have mostly bad days.

Music, Movies, and Books
I explore all kinds of music, some more than the others. Classical music, both Indian and Western, is what I listen to all day while at work. For songs, I like a good tune but they have to have good lyrics to go with it, or I’m easily disappointed.
In recent years, I’ve grown to like Iranian movies quite a lot. Especially the ones by Majid Majidi and Asghar Farhadi. Whenever I meet people from other countries, I’m usually asking them for recommendations for movies made in their countries.
I was once a good reader, but I’ve lost my habit of reading books over time. I’m trying to make amends though. Maybe 2019 will be the year for it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Nothing I’ve done so far has amazed anyone except my parents. They are amazed at everything I do.
