ABOUT ME

We're two brazilians, Ana and Camilla and we are 23 years old, and about what we like to do is basicall party, meet new people, new places... and we are always open minded to the suggestions of things to do, places to go, new experiences. In Brazil, we live near the capital of Brazil, it's quite a nice place, and from there you can travel the whole country, so if anytime you want to visit our country, you'll be more than welcome to stay at our places.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess that our philosophy would be something like "Live our lives the best way we can" or maybe the good old Hakuna Matata! And also... "We don't care what they think, we will live our lives the more intense way we can"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We think that CS2 is just perfect. It's a way to connect the world by threads of trust and respect, to exchange culture, and to make it possible to more people travel with less money (such as us, because we are so broken!!), because at least we think it's no sacrifice to offer a home to people interested in meeting our living places. We cannot offer a couch at the moment, but we are ALWAYS avaiable to show you arround, and get a cup of coffe or a drink to those who want to visit Goiânia!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We just loved so much our experience with CS, we had o lot of experiences, but it was totally worthy! We met so many people, and they were so cool, so warm with us, we just loved our hosters, and we really miss them!

Interests

We are really interested in getting contact with new cultures, It's so exciting meeting new people, with different ways of thinking, of living. We like to live our lives the best we can, so we like to walk a lot, to feel the ground under our feets, we call it "Living the Place". We love partying, dancing, having a drink, talking, laughing. We also love to read, anything that is suggested, because discussing books is always a good subject, and it's never worthless to have more and more books in your "bag of memory".

Music, Movies, and Books

Our tastes are similar and different at the same, such as any human beeing in this world. Let's go one by one:
Ana loves any kind of movies, really, she's really ecletical. Of course she has her favs: Moulin Rouge, Trainspotting, The Producers, Clockwork Orange, and a lot more. Oh, and she loves Disney's movies. About Music, she's also ecletical, but she prefers some alternative, garage bands, such as The Killers, The Strokes, The Kooks, Muse, 30 Seconds to Mars, The Spill Canvas, The Used, The Beatles, Scorpions, U2, Amy Winehouse and a lot more! About Ana's fav books, she likes fiction (and some kinda childish), such as Harry Potter, Narnia Chronicles, The Lord of the Rings; political and concerning to law books, specially Internacional Law, that is the area she is most interested.
Camilla doesn't watch many movies, but she prefers the funny romances and drama. Actually she really doesn't like the horror movies!By the other side, she's totally addicted in series like Friends, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family,Grey's Anatomy, The Walking Dead and others (she could spent hours talking about it!!! About Music, she just love s it! It´s difficult to say just one kind she likes hearing, but pop rock is the best for her! She can spend hours listening bands like The Strokes, U2 and singers like Amy Winehouse, Alanis Morissette, Jack Jonhson and others. Now, books. She really loves reading, since she was a child. She likes comedy, drama and romance, mainly. It´s not easy to say one favourite book, but definitly The Book Thief, Da Vinci Code, Blindness,Pride and Prejudice and Game of Thrones are awesome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess that each of us have seen a lot of amazing things in our lives. But one that really got to us was a sunset we saw in a beach near Coimbra, it was really shockingly beautiful. We are quite good friends, so we are always having nice experiences, it would be exausting to list them!

Teach, Learn, Share

As we are Law students, we can always compare the law system of our country to the countries we are visiting. For some it may seem a boring subject, but it's acctually quite interesting!
And also the brazilian music causes interest in many people that unfortunally don't have knowledge of ways to get to know this kind of music, so we always take a cd or a mp3 player with some of it, so they can get to know our culture.
