ABOUT ME

i'll keep it simple ! My core interests are films and music. I love listening to music, explore different genres of music. Have occasionally played guitar for local bands and accompanied on percussion at indian classical music gatherings.

I have written a feature film and watching world cinema interests me a lot. I like to meet people with similar interests. Occasionally travel around, mostly with friends for a weekend. Historical places interest me but beautiful landscapes are my thing !

Music, Movies, and Books

I watch atleast 3 movies a week. Alejandro Inarritu, Wong kar wai, Kim Ki duk, Wes Anderson, Anurag Kashyap and Fatih Akin are my favorite directors. Love discovering about new films from people who crazily vouch for them !

Indian classical music is my daily routine.Love listening to Pink Floyd, Snow Patrol and broken social scene and imogen heap.

George Orwell's writings have influenced me lot, i find it very relevant in current Indian Political scenario.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taught underprivileged kids for a year and realized that its them teaching us life lessons and not the other way round.

I can teach how to play Tabla and Guitar. Share my knowledge about Indian Classical music and the Raga System. Some real insights on Indian Culture and not what we see in Bollywood !
