Nigh trek without guide in a wildlife sanctuary and then getting lost and spend the entire night in the jungle in torrential rainfall without a shelter or a raincoat :-)
Mountaineering course for a month in Himalayas
Scuba diving in Perhentian Islands (best thing done and seen :)
