ABOUT ME

I am open and curious person, have a good sense of humor most of the time, very independent, but always happy to be among friends and collegues. I like to talk - it is my profession to be able to explain -, but I can also be a very quiet and even shy person... I prefere to explain my emotions in pictures - be it drawing, painting or, during the last few years, photography.

I like to discover places, towns buildings on my own, walking or driving around, being in a motiion to see the world in 4 dimensions. And I like to listen to the world around me, prefering nature to a loud music, prefering good movie to a switched-on TV, prefering seaside to a closed space. At the same time, I like to go to concerts and performances of various kind, and in every place I visit I am looking for a possibility to catch a glimpse of performing arts event.

Be it at home or abroad, I am just happy to tell people about my country, its people and culture - it is a very important part of my life, it is my home not only in the space, but also in my heart :)

PHILOSOPHY

I like to discover the world created by interaction of people and nature, created by people inside themselves. and simply get surprised by the wonders of life!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Accidentally a teacher, I prefere to learn instead of teaching when out of work... :)To learn almost everything: the ways how people are, how they communicate and interact in various places - by sounds and by visual images, by architecture and landscaping, by movement and by creating dreams.

Still, I am always happy to share my knowledge and impressions -
- on historical and contemporary architecture of Riga, architecture and historical development of all the places I have visited;
- on history and culture of Latvia, on music, art, painting, literature, movies;
- and on the wonderful world of dance in general and tango argentino in particular :))
