Hi, I'm Anita and I'm a 24 year old kiwi. I moved to Nelson a few weeks ago for a job but before that I was traveling around Europe. I've hosted a few couchsurfers in the past and while I was traveling I was fortunate enough to be hosted through couchsurfing.

Although I'm working and studying, I like to get out and about in nature, I also enjoy a good coffee, trying out new recipes and reading. And socialising.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

In one of my old flats (rental houses) when I lived with other students, we hosted several couchsurfers and it was great to meet them and share a bit of NZ with them. Now I'm moving to Europe to study and I'd love to have some more great experiences, meeting locals and getting to see countries through their eyes.

Tenía una casa compartido y vivía ahí con otros estudiantes. Acogíamos muchos couchsurfers y era geniable conocerlos y compartir un poco de NZ con ellos. Ahora estoy mudando a Europa y me encantaría tener más experiences geniales, conocer a los de ahí y ver los países como que fuera de allá.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When I was 16 I lived in Chile for a year on an AFS exchange. That was awesome, but since then my family has hosted 8 exchange students for periods of time from 8 weeks to 1 year, from around the world - Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Iceland, Switzerland, Denmark and Finland. It has been great brining so many cultures into the family home.

Hopefully a lot of laughs and stories about my travels, but also if you'd like me to cook for you, take some photos (photography is a hobby of mine) clean your shower or something, I'd be happy to do so in exchange for a place to sleep.
