About Me

Currently living in Tallinn, Estonia, but I have spent a good part of my life in Ukraine.
I will start studying arts in autumn. I would describe myself as a thinking person, who likes to explore and observe the world and people around me...and then take pictures of those things. I value solitude, but at the same time, I really enjoy a good company. I love arts, good music and anything beautiful and fascinating.
I prefer dogs to cats.
I like strange smells and I love forests and sea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's a chance to meet new people and see different things in life and I like the idea of Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music...I like to listen to more or less every kind of music as long as it's real and has any idea behind it. One of my favorite genres is definitely prog and one of my favorite people of all time is Frank Zappa. Sometimes I enjoy jazz and some experimental electronic music as well. And when it comes to rave, I'm a fan of techno.

I like good cinema. I like movies that make me ask questions.
Some of my favorite directors: Xavier Dolan, Wes Anderson, Aki Kurismäki...
Top 3 movies I've seen: A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night; Endless Poetry; Embrace of the Serpent

I like poetry, I write a bit myself too, but mostly in Estonian. I don't read much, but when I do, then I enjoy it a lot. I used to like Kurt Vonnegut. Herman Hesse once changed my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Ukriane, took a bus and went to a crazy forest rave.
