About Me

I am an active person who doesn't like routine and doesn't know what boring means. I try to use my lifetime as well as I can. There are a lot of things to check, and a lot of people to get to know. Everyone and every place has its value. I like to have a dose of adrenaline and emotions on my skin. "Carpe diem"- Horacy was right. I try to appreciate every moment and enjoy not only the fun but also the values, something more that I can share with other people- that makes me richer as a human. I love to create unique memories, which stay with me forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that couchsurfing is a good way to meet valuable, open-minded people around the world. It allows us to explore life from different points of view and to share our own experiences with others. I like talking about the places I have seen and the cultures I have experienced, as well as recommending interesting places to others.

Interests

Sometimes I think it's an endless list. I like everything that is connected with the wide, diverse world and what allows me to use my life energy, to stay amazed, to think and feel. For a few years, I have been connected with dancing and theatre activities. I love to be an active person, wherever I spend my life, I find myself well in some challenges, social activities, different cultures, and people.
I can't imagine life without music. Some time ago I learned how to play guitar on my own, exactly... there is a kind of big pleasure in learning things on our own, as well as inspiring ourselves with others. I find myself well also in sports like volleyball, table tennis, snooker... Finally, but first ;) - the travels. As someone said: " Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer."
My life story made me sure, that is about the way, not staying in one place, about meeting valuable people, with whom I like to share my thoughts and experiences, and about developing myself in who I am every day.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different music, movies and books it depends on the situation and mood. In general, I like it when art takes the mind to different places, makes us notice that there is still a lot to discover, and when makes us ask questions about the world. On the other hand, I love it when art makes me laugh and brings as positive, light vibes,
what I can mention as an example...
- brain-bending crime films like "Inception", light, positive series, preferably with a travel theme like "Emily in Paris", or life view-changing "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas".
- music like old gold Queen, 90s pop music, Latin, Balkan sounds, or some beautiful ballads.
- I have some book titles that I will never forget as "The Master and Margarita", "Crime and Punishment", "Animal Farm", "The Plague" or "One Day". Paulo Coelho's artworks also exist on my bookshelf very preferably, as well as many different travel guides and reportages. I can also recommend Polish writer Ryszard Kapuściński or Olga Tokarczuk.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I mention this one because it was groundbreaking for me when I was 18 years old.

Going on the largest and most inclined rollercoaster in Europa Park even though I was previously afraid of a small carousel and I had a fear of heights ;)

Then things became easier... and larger, and still are becoming... :)
