Overview
About Me
I’m a restless spirit by nature. I can get passionate about something in a split of a second and, equally, I can get suddenly bored with it months later. I keep looking for new experiences and I can’t imagine staying in one place for the rest of my life, oh no.
I grew up in Poland, went to uni in Wales and then in Spain and now I'm living and working in London. As a kid I was convinced I’d be a painter.
I’ve got various interests but I think they all share one thing: I’m fascinated with people and just how much we can learn from one another. I love listening to other people’s stories - maybe you could tell me yours?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I think that most wonderful things in one's life happen because of or in connection with people.
Because I strongly believe the world is much more welcoming and safe place then it's portrayed to be.
Because there's nothing more thrilling than discovering that this person you've just met will turn into your next best mate.
Interests
Languages and other cultures. I love meeting new people.
I love being active although I'm not that kind that will run marathons and try to beat records. But I love sport with my entire heart. I recently became vegetarian, in transition onto becoming a vegan.
I’m passionate about art, especially painting and music. And, despite my very limited knowledge of it, I’d love to have a philosophical discussion about it. My own contribution to art is through sewing and I can make any of the following: pencil case, cosmetic bag, pillow, skirt, curtain (becoming a pro) or a beanbag - all unique, and often imperfect.
