Morceaux de musique, films et livres
I like all kinds of genres of music, books and movies. I especially like comedy, documentaries and occasionally a horror movie. I prefer doing something active over reading but when I find a good book, I make an exception.
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
I always have trouble choosing only one experience because I've had so many truly amazing experiences. I guess the first thing that comes to mind is my submarine ride in Roatan, Honduras to 1000 feet onto the ocean floor with the famous backyard submarine builder, Karl Stanley. It was surreal to see sea-life that virtually no one else has ever seen. I got to see a whole school of tuna fish above me and million year old sea lilies. It was incredible!
Recently I traveled to Egypt and climbed to the top of Mount Sinai to watch the sunset from where Moses was given the 10 commandments. When I returned, I learned that 2 girls were kidnapped the same week during their night climb. Fortunately, they were released the following day and claimed they were pampered by their kidnappers. They said they enjoyed their kidnapping and even got a little gig on CNN! lol
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
In the past few years I have learned more than I could have imagined from travelling, meeting some amazing people and discovering new cultures and ways of living but I think there is still so much more to learn.
"A little learning is a dangerous thing, but we must take that risk because a little is as much as our biggest heads can hold."
