Foremost I want to clarify that I do not live in New York City, I live in central New York, I'm right on the Finger Lakes. I joined couchsurfing many moons ago, however it's been so long that I've since changed my email and password so I dont remember. I do remember the wonderful nights and experiences with new friends. I've spent the last 5 years so focused on my career, I feel like I'm lacking something. I'm trying to get back to my transient roots and get back to what really matters.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I want to teach my son not to be afraid. That the world is big but good. That there are more important things in this world, like people and friends. Im also ready to put on my traveling pants!

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical, but anything really...I love Howard's End, both book and movie..I recommend Running on Empty, Queen, Lion, and Namesake, if you haven't seen these movies already..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Niagara Falls is beautiful, down below I'm the falls is where I find my zen, or so my son says. I run anywhere and everywhere I can, in the Redwood Forest, atop Mount Reiner, the Smokey Mountains, the Appalachian Trail.

Im teaching my son how to travel. He's leaving me soon. He just got his own couch surfing account so I must be doing something right!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A clean bed.. bathroom, shower, access to kitchen appliances, washer and dryer... conversation if youre up to it, sleep and silence if you prefer, open to all sorts..I know it can be diffict to find a host, contact me if you need a place last minute.
