About Me

Did you know that goats can pick up accents to adapt to social situations? Similarly, I have somewhere picked up a bit of a fake British accent and there is a chance that I might subconsciously mimic your accent if I find it cool. Other than that I am mostly human, relatively well adapted to life. :)

Croatian that came to Denmark to study social sciences, and somehow ended up in tourism, yet without the ability of being your best tour guide in Copenhagen, but I might have a tip or two. :) Relatively chill as a host, mildly anxious as a person, said to be a good cook.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because I love travelling, and I love it in a adventurous way, when everything is not planned and booked way ahead. I love it because of new people, different cultures and because it makes traveling accessible to people that are not so wealthy giving them even greater experience of city.
and because, fun fact: I met my (now) best friend on couchsurfing in Japan, and one other close friend also through this platform. In both cases, I was the host.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually enjoy some mild rock or anything nice and calming, but it depends on my mood, so I can listen to different music genres. Nonetheless, I am always in for some sweet melancholy like Damien Rice.
My reading and movie preferences also differ based on the mood, but mostly exclude sci-fi and are based on dramas, light comedies and similar.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you are respectful, everything I have, you can use as well. I generally tend to cook for my guests if I have any time in my hand, which is not always the case, but usually is.

Other than that, towels, wifi, shampoo, toothpaste (etc.) and advice are available. I am most definitely not an expert on Denmark or Copenhagen, but I can try to help.
