About Me

I love traveling. When I got some spare time I like to just jump on the next flight, train or bus and go somewhere new. I think I learn a lot by meeting new people and getting to know new ways of life and - of course - it simply makes me happy :)
I am an optimistic person, love to listen to people's opinions and plans. I like to exchange thoughts about everything and discuss it, though I am not a very extroverted person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is the perfect way to really get into contact with a country and it's people. I appreciate the connection you can build up by staying at someone's home and getting to know each other. The true conversations can only be built on trust and therefore you need to get connected.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reggae, Funk, Soul, R&B, Electro-swing etc., basically everything you can shake and jump around.
Films, well, everything that is not the typical mainstream-Hollywood-you-have-to-watch-it-style (but there are still some really nice ones).
Books I like to read, welllll, I am a slow reader and I like to enjoy them. Generally I like books based on true stories or some with historical or a scientific touch. But again, anything can catch my mind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My last trip to Australia was a powerful experience. Not only did I learn how to drive on the left-hand side, but I also got to know myself a bit better.
I guess what I learned was to say goodbye and appreciate the moments and experiences I made and not to hold on tight to places or material stuff.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can definitely share some language skills and a lot of fun :)
I love to experience new things and share opinions and utopian theories.
Maybe I can also show you some great cooking from Austria and some funny dialect, only spoken at the place I come from.
Helping hands and a creative brain I got too :) in case there is anything to be repaired.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In
